I love how each little gingerbread house turns out so unique. Most importantly, I wanted to share them with you so you can create your own gingerbread house ornaments for your holiday decor. Instead of making real gingerbread houses, these homemade ornaments are made of wood.

The glue ended up looking just like icing so I was thrilled. I found it difficult to make things like flowers and fleurs with the glue gun so I did have to simplify my designs a bit, but I still had a blast decorating my ornaments. I decided to use hot glue so I ordered some white-hot glue sticks.
